Shipping

- Although postage and handling costs somewhere between $12 and $19 per item, CoziGo is happy to announce that we now provide FREE SHIPPING Australia Wide for orders over $80.  

- Express Post is available. Delivery is 2 business days.

- We dispatch your order within 24 hours (business day) of receiving your order.

- We ship worldwide. We only provide Tracked Service or Courier depending on what country you are in.


- International Postage We shop worldwide - please go through to checkout for prices. 

- We cannot guarantee delivery time As a guide Australia Post quotes between 3-10 business days for Australia Wide and up to 10-14 business days for International orders. Postage or customs delays are not the responsibility of the company as such delays are out of our control. We cannot be responsible for lost or delayed parcels. A case must be opened by the shipping company. Please leave plenty of time to order in case of late arrivals.

- You may have to pay customs/duties on gifts and personal orders on international shipments. We cannot be held responsible for any customs/duty fees that may be charged on International orders.

     

    RETURNS & REFUNDS
    At CoziGo, customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to buy with confidence.
    If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, please contact us at returns@cozigo.com before returning your order within 14 days from shipping date and we will be happy to honour an exchange or refund. (T&C's below)

    Please note:

    - Original shipping costs will be deducted from refund even is shipping was free to you upon      purchase.
    - Returns or exchanges must be sent back to CoziGo at the buyer’s cost. We will provide the shipping address when the return/exchange is approved. Please email returns@cozigo.com. A tracking number must be provided for all returns or exchanges. 
    - To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item/s must be unused, and in the exact condition that you received it/them. All tags and packaging must be intact and in original condition. 
    - Please research your airline before purchasing CoziGo - we are unable to refund for refusal of use.


      DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
      If you receive an item which is damaged we will replace or refund it. Please contact us with details of the problem prior and return the damaged item within 14 days of receipt. Once your return has been processed you will receive an email to the address you gave at the time of ordering, notifying you that you have been refunded. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.
