**A note about shipping**
Due to changes with regards to the global pandemic, these unprecedented times are causing some delays on International services due to reduction in flight frequency and capacity. Our domestic delivery times have not yet been impacted and most postal partners are aiming to continue normal operations during this time. We will continue to keep you updated about any changes in their deliveries.
FREE SHIPPING Australia Wide
Although postage and handling costs somewhere between $12 and $19 per item, Fly Babee Pty Ltd is happy to announce that we now provide FREE SHIPPING Australia Wide for all orders over $80. Express Post Australia Wide is available. Delivery is estimated to be 2 business days.
USA & CANADA SHIPPING
Standard shipping is usually free for delivery of CoziGo but due to a Covid-19, it’s taking too long and is unreliable. We have therefore decided to subsidize the 3-4 day courier from $45 down to $29 to help our North American customers get their CoziGo’s in a timely manner. Once postage issues pass, free standard shipping will be reinstated.
We dispatch your order within 24 hours (business day) of receiving your order.
Products are dispatched to Australian addresses using Australia Post. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery.
We ship worldwide. We only provide Tracked Service or Courier depending on what country you are in.
We cannot guarantee delivery time but Australia Post quotes between 3-5 days for Australia Wide and up to 10-14 days for International orders.
We cannot be responsible for lost parcels. A case must be opened by the shipping company.
You may have to pay customs/duties on gifts and personal orders on international shipments. We cannot be held responsible for any customs/duty fees that may be charged on International orders.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
At CoziGo, customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to buy with confidence.
If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, please contact us at email@example.com before returning your order within 14 days from shipping date and we will be happy to honour an exchange or refund. (T&C's below)
- Original shipping costs will be deducted from refund even is shipping was free to you upon purchase.
- Returns or exchanges must be sent back to CoziGo at the buyer’s cost. We will provide the shipping address when the return/exchange is approved. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org. A tracking number must be provided for all returns or exchanges.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item/s must be unused, and in the exact condition that you received it/them. All tags and packaging must be intact and in original condition.
- Please research your airline before purchasing CoziGo - we are unable to refund for refusal of use.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
Whilst we have strict quality control, unfortunately, the odd item slips through. If you receive an item which is damaged we will replace or refund it. We encourage you to check you item upon receiving it. If there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us with details of the problem within 14 days of purchase. We will ask you to return the item. Once your return has been processed you will receive an email to the address you gave at the time of ordering, notifying you that you have been refunded. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. Please note, should a replacement item be deemed appropriate we will only send a new item to the original shipping address only.
